Plumbing & Fire Fighting

Installation of multistage pressure pumps & piping design is the back bone of plumbing & drainage systems in a building. High skilled engineering works are involved with any size of project, irrespective of small, medium or mega projects, or even infrastructure project which requires detailed design for drainage systems connecting to the city drainage network. As in India, most of the foreign countries are also having strict regulations that the building cannot be handed over to the customer unless it is certified by the fire (also known as civil defense) authority.

Best designed and implemented fire fighting system should help to stop spreading of a fire breakout from creating damages to the building, properties, data, equipment and the people within the building, or at least to minimize the damage. A fire fighting system is classified as ‘Life Safety System’ and is very critical for a building.

HEALTH & SAFETY OBJECTIVES

• Providing strong and visible leadership and commitment in QHSE matters.
• Complying with the regulations set forth by Government of India, Government of State and other Local Government Agencies in matters related to Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental (OHSE).
• Promoting and maximizing QHSE awareness by implementing a QHSE management system.
• Identifying occupational health & safety risks to people and assets which arise from our operations and either eliminating them or managing them to levels that are as low as reasonably practicable.
• Monitoring QHSE performances of individuals to determine compliance with our QHSE management system and keeping records to those effects to achieve continual improvement.
• Recording area of non-compliance and addressing these through-corrective actions and employee training.
• Investigating and reporting all QHSE related incidents.
• Identify our environmental interactions and use processes, practices, materials or products that will avoid, reduce or control pollution in line with present legal and other obligations as far as reasonable, practicable.
• All Managers, Engineers and Supervisors ensure that the employees (working under them), subcontractors and visitors are made aware of our QHSE management system and they follow it in all projects and offices.
